Enmienda Constitucional en Venezuela 2009

"Espacio creado con la finalidad de dar a conocer los pasos y motivos que nos llevan a IMPULSAR con todo la enmienda constitucional de la reeleccion indefinida de Hugo Chavez Frias"


Me permito compartir con todos ustedes un A.B.C (básico) que debemos manejar en cuanto a la terminología y aspectos legales en cuanto a LA ENMIENDA constitucional con la expresa finalidad de agilizar este proceso de consulta nacional.

Ya se están escuchando y leyendo disparates de que es “inconstitucional” nada mas falso. Lo más triste de todo, es que dichas torpezas vienen de reconocidos “Docentes Universitarios", Constitucionalistas y abogados de profesión. Que están ocupado escenarios en espacios mediáticos, con la intención trivial de la MANIPULACION al grupo de seguidores. Como decía alguien muy cercano a mi “triste por ellos” (los que se dejan manipular).

Estos comenzaran emitiendo recursos en la máxima instancia (T.S.J) para disparar en contra de esa propuesta y como dichos recursos NO VAN A LLEGAR A NADA -por que simplemente no tienen razón jurídica- acudirán a instancias internacionales, donde reposaran en el sueño eterno por no tener estos entes competencias, ni judiriccion.

Se inicia otra batalla, esta vez con la seguridad de que saldremos "más victoriosos que nunca".

En el pasado reciente, específicamente el 2 diciembre de 2007, perdimos una de ellas, derrota que desde mi punto de vista, ya estaba cantada, por una serie de aspectos de los cuales hasta en su momento me permití criticar, específicamente lo relacionado AL DEBIDO PROCESO, una aberración pero (cosas del pasado).

Estamos en otra página de la historia contemporánea de Venezuela. Con el mapa político Urbano y de gobierno en grandes poblaciones en manos de ellos. Estamos hablando de recursos económicos, estamos hablando de recursos políticos, estamos hablando de, ingredientes básicos para movilizaciones de calle, estamos hablando de ataques propagandísticos, estamos hablando de guarimbas, que de seguro no faltaran.

Estamos resteados y VAMOS CON TODO.

Acá encontraran una serie de elementos que debemos imprimir y fotocopiar para compartirlo y dirimirlo en aportes. Con la frente en alto y emitiendo lo que se tenga que decir y discutir siempre con basamentos lógicos y legales.
